I work from different locations (Randburg and Springs) on different days of the week.
To make things simple, you’ll be directed to the relevant booking page based on your preferred location or day.

By submitting your preferences, you’ll be able to view my availability and book your session at the office that suits you best.

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be.

Your initial session is a safe, supportive space to explore what’s bringing you here. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, or simply feel “off,” this session is about meeting you where you are—no pressure, no need to have it all figured out.

We’ll take time to understand your needs and begin gently working with your body and nervous system using the methods that suit you best. You don’t need to know the cause of what you’re feeling—just the willingness to begin

Follow-up Session (60 Minutes)

Healing is not a one-time event—it’s a process of returning to yourself, one layer at a time.

Follow-up sessions offer continued support as we build on the work we've begun. Whether we're working with the nervous system, stored trauma, or emotional patterns, each session is tailored to your current state and what’s ready to be released or explored.

These sessions are gentle, grounded, and responsive—designed to meet you where you are on your journey.

Couples Session (90 minutes)

Relationships can be a source of deep connection—but also of deep stress when we carry unspoken pain, past trauma, or unmet needs.

Couple sessions offer a safe, neutral space for both partners to slow down, listen differently, and reconnect—individually and together. Using trauma-informed methods, we explore the patterns that may be creating tension or distance and gently guide the relationship toward more understanding, compassion, and clarity.

These sessions are not about blame—they’re about building awareness, stronger boundaries, and deeper connection.

90 Minute TRE® Taster Session

A TRE® Taster session is perfect for those who want to try TRE.

During the session, you’ll get an overview of what TRE® is, how it developed, and how it can help you manage stress, relieve anxiety, reduce pain, and release tension. In experiencing TRE® for yourself, you’ll get to connect with your body, so you feel re-energised, revitalised, and refreshed.

6-Week TRE® Beginner's Course

The TRE® course will teach you a practical and easy way to release tension from your body.

This will help you feel more relaxed and heal better. Skilled trainers will show and guide you on how to use Trauma Release Exercises®. We will cover both theory and practice over the course of six weeks. You will be able to understand how your body naturally trembles to release trauma and how to implement this practice in your daily life.
