I believe that every person carries some degree of trauma—often silently. We don’t always need scientific studies to confirm what our bodies already feel and know.
I believe that this unprocessed trauma can get stuck in the mind and body, creating pain, anxiety, and a sense of disconnection from self and others.
I believe in helping ordinary people find real relief—releasing stress, easing anxiety, and improving their quality of life through safe, body-based healing.
And I believe in life-long learning. Healing is a journey, and so is the work of guiding others. I'm committed to growing, deepening my understanding, and walking this path with those who are ready for change.

My Story
After completing my theological training at the University of Pretoria in 2001 and spending 18 years in full-time ministry, I began to discover the preciousness and depth of silence.
This led me to two years of study and training, during which I qualified as a Spiritual Director and began guiding others in contemplative spirituality and spiritual retreats. It was during this time that my path crossed with Perspective Training College in Potchefstroom, where I encountered the profound work of Multi-Level Neuro-Processing (MLNP™) and its life-changing possibilities. Inspired by this, I chose to specialize in trauma and anxiety counselling.
I see myself as a student of life—constantly learning, growing, and refining both my skill and my art. In 2023, I became a Global Certified Trauma Release Exercises® (TRE®) Facilitator.
As a Specialist Counsellor registered with the Council for Pastoral and Spiritual Counsellors (CPSC) and affiliated with the Association of Christian Religious Practitioners (ACRP), I support clients with care and compassion, even when they’re unsure of the cause behind their anxiety, anger, or sadness. Together, we listen to the body, follow the nervous system, and create space for deep healing.
